With more than 12 years of cross-disciplinary experience, Harriet has guided teams to provide diversified solutions for brands and retailers looking to expand their business in China. And as a Creative Agency Lead, she has created dozens of Award-winning online and offline campaigns such as Adidas Republic of Sport, Huawei’s 2024 New Year in-store campaign, and DiDi English market entry campaigns.

Together with her team, she has guided OUTFORM APAC to win over 15 international awards, such as the RETAIL ASIA AWARD, EUROSHOP ANNUAL AWARD, SHOP! OUTSTANDING BUSINESS AWARD, DMAA INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL AWARD. etc.

Alongside designing for both brand activaions and retail, Harriet also has a deep understanding of the APAC market - with a strong understanding of China’s digitally native shoppers and digital eco-systems here–and she is regularly featured on JING DAILY and Retail Asia Magazine. She has also served as a board member for the British Chamber Shanghai, and has been a judge at many design, innovation and business awards over the last few years, as a lead judge at Google for Startups at the Startup Weekend, The British Business Awards, and the ESG Awards China.
